creation of Company

It is the Fist step to work in tally erp 9 . After Installation of Tally erp 9 Open  tally.exe
and Go to Creation of Company

1.Directory : It is the path of Data of Your company. You change the path wherever you want to save the data

2. Name : In this field you have to Put the name of your Company

3. Mailing Name : Is the name display in your Printing Document ( ie Ledger, balance sheet etc) if you want to put difference mailing name of your company than your company name you can do ,

4. Statutory compliance For: Your country Name if provided in detail unless you can choose India for more option of accounting.

5.State , Pin code , telephone and email is as per your company detail

6. Currency Symbol : You can put Rs. here

7. Maintain : If Your company deal with stock you can choose accounts with inventory other wise choose account only

8.Fiscal year : the date from when your fiscal year start

9.If your want to put Password in your company keep yes in security control and put user and password
